FRB Survey – Credit Standards for HELOCs Unchanged

January 30, 2012, The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve announced the results of the January 2012 Senior Loan Officer Option Survey on Bank Lending Practices.

Credit standards for HELOCs were unchanged for the quarter. 89% of respondents said that standards remained basically unchanged. 6% said that standards had tightened somewhat, whereas 6% of respondents said that they had eased somewhat.
