FRB Survey – Credit Standards for Nontraditional Mortgages Unchanged
January 30, 2012, The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve announced the results of the January 2012 Senior Loan Officer Option Survey on Bank Lending Practices.
Credit standards for Nontraditional Mortgages were unchanged for the quarter. 87% of respondents said that standards remained basically unchanged. 4% said that standards tightened somewhat and 4% said they tightened considerably. Where as 4% said that standard eased somewhat.
