FRB Survey – Credit Standards for Prime Mortgages Eased Slightly

January 30, 2012, The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve announced the results of the January 2012 Senior Loan Officer Option Survey on Bank Lending Practices.

Credit standards for Prime Mortgages eased slightly for the quarter.  94% of respondents said that standards remained basically unchanged.   6% said that standards had loosened somewhat.
